COV - Call Coverage - Call coverage data block

A nyomkövetési listák önálló rekordok a központ adatbázisában. Coverage (tracking) lists are independent records in database of the exchange. Record (list) contains the redirectional conditions in case of inner and external calls, where would the redirection happen (we can give three numbers, that will be called by the exchange sequentially, if the previous ones did not answer), after how many rings would the redirection be executed, and what number of tracking list would be the next one, if calling was unsuccessful at every number. The next list must contain only a device with a voice mail.

The group /Call Coverage Answer Group/ may have 8 members. Every extension are called simultaneously, when the group is called.

Programming of the service in a device data block:

• Coverage path: 0..95 sequential number of the coverage list.
• Coverage msg retrieval ???

Operations in connection with the coverage lists:

COR - Class of Restrictions - Service restriction data block

We can generate maximally 64 classes in this part of the database, in which we may assign rights to the incoming calls. We can assign devices to this classes by programming device data blocks.

Generation of classes at a firm may happen by status (e.g. managers, employees, door-keeper, etc.).

COS - Class of Service data block

This part of the database determines, if the services, functions mentioned below are available for the telephone device users, or not:

• Automatic Callback
• Call Forwarding All Calls
• Data Privacy
• Data of the subscriber are not displayed at the called extension
• Priority Calling
• Special ringing.
• Off-Hook Alert
• Console Permisson Handling tasks can be provided from a multi-line device, e.g. door-keeper. This service permits from the console the following issues:
  • Activation of the automatic wake up
  • Activate/forbid authorities related to the other extensions, groups
  • Activate/forbid the "Don't Disturb" function
  • Activate the "Redirect All the Calls" function for one extension
• Client Room It permits registration, deregistration, change of rooms, modification of rooms, and "chambermaid is in the room" services

We can generate 16 classesin the database (0-15) from the combination of services mentioned above. We can assign devices to this classes by programming device data blocks.
