After starting theterminal PC (we should ask the administrator password from the leader of the measurement!) start the C:\Program Files\Nortel\Business Element Manager\Business Element Manager\bin\BcmMonitor.exe program. If the icon of the program (BCM Monitor...) is on the table, then we can start the program from it, too. After starting the program will ask the user login name, and password (it is the same as in the case of the administrative program!).
