Routing programs: AAR - Automatic Alternate Routing - it redirects the call automatically to another route, if it becomes inoperative (it uses usually the private dialing plan). ARS - Automatic Route Selection - in case of charged (toll) calls service automatically selects the route with the smallest cost (it uses usually the public network dialing plan).
